When more sponsors pay than there are slots in a category, the rotation runs fairly week-to-week so every paying listing gets equal airtime. The slot disclosure block in the upgrade modal shows you exactly how many sponsors are sharing the rotation in your category before you pay.

Agencies and partners welcome

The billing email doesn’t need to match the listing’s contact email. If you’re a marketing agency placing a client’s venue, a partner promoting a friend’s spot, or a paying for a venue you frequent — pay with whatever email and card works. The listing flips tier on payment, and the venue owner sees the upgrade in their analytics.

Common questions

How do I upgrade my listing?
Find your listing on /listings, open the detail page, tap "Reach the top — from €X/mo" in the right-hand panel. The upgrade modal shows full pricing, current slot availability, and the recent click-through data for your category. Stripe handles checkout. Anyone can pay.
When does the placement go live?
Within a couple of minutes of your Stripe payment confirming. The platform listens to Stripe's subscription webhook and flips your listing's tier as soon as the first payment lands. No human in the loop.
What if more sponsors pay than there are slots?
Rotation runs weekly. The slot disclosure block in the upgrade modal shows you exactly how many sponsors are currently sharing the rotation in your category before you pay — never a surprise. If 3 of 3 slots are filled, your listing would be visible roughly half the time once you're added to the rotation.
Can I switch from Featured to Promoted later?
Yes. Cancel the current subscription, then start the new tier. No pro-rating but the next billing cycle is at the new price.
Is the price including VAT?
Prices shown are the gross amount you pay. VAT is included where applicable. VAT-registered businesses can reclaim through normal returns.
What if I don't see results?
Cancel any time from the Stripe portal — billing stops at the next renewal. No partial-period refunds. Per-listing analytics are available on /listings/manage once you've claimed the listing — comparison vs category average + projected uplift on each upgrade tier.
Does my listing have to be claimed first?
No. Claiming gives the venue owner edit rights (description, photo, hours, etc) but isn't required to upgrade tier. Pay first, claim later, or never claim at all — the listing still appears in the Featured/Promoted slot.
What about commission on what I sell?
Zero. There is no commission on tickets sold by your venue, no booking fees on direct bookings, no clip on table reservations or any other transaction. Featured/Promoted is a flat monthly subscription for placement only.
