VIP experiences · Your City 2026
The way VIP usually works in Your City: you message a freelance host on Instagram, they quote you a number that sounds high, you don’t know what’s included, you pay anyway because the alternative is queueing for two hours and getting turned away at the door.
That’s broken. Here’s how I’m fixing it.
Written by one person
Every recommendation, every season — the work of one editor, held to a single standard.
Chosen on merit
Each venue earns its place on the strength of what it is. The grid below is editor's pick.
Verified every season
Prices, openings, residencies and rooms checked before the season starts.
Independent — paid placements clearly labelled
Top-of-page placement is paid and named on the page. The rest is editor's pick.
What I’ll arrange
Tables & bottle service
The classic: a confirmed table at the venue with a minimum spend, deposit, and table number quoted up front. Front of room, by the DJ, quiet booth — whichever you want, every venue I work with.
Hosted nights
For groups in town for two or three nights who want someone to handle the moving parts — dinner, drinks, club, transfer, the lot. I co-ordinate, the venues hold the table, you turn up on time.
Private bookings
Whole-venue takeovers, semi-private rooms, terrace buyouts. Your City venues that quietly allow this rarely list it publicly — I know which ones, who to ask, and what it costs.
Daybeds & cabanas
Beach-club daybeds and pool cabanas at the venues that actually take advance bookings. Same model as the night side: a verified minimum spend, real table number, no booking-agent layer.
How it works
Tell me what you want
Date, party size, venue (or the kind of night you want), and what you care about. Same form for every venue — two minutes.
I come back with real numbers
Within 4 hours in the season, 24 hours outside it. The venue’s confirmed minimum spend, the table number, the deposit due, and what’s included. No "from", no opaque host markup.
Confirm, deposit, show up
Deposit through Stripe — held until the night, settled at the venue on consumption. Digital pass to Apple/Google Wallet so the door knows you when you arrive.
Transparency
A flat 15% from the venue’s confirmed total and a 3% transparent service fee from you. The venue’s minimum spend, table number, and any house-policy details are passed through as the venue states them — no markup. If the price feels surprising, it’s because that’s what the venue charges, not because I added a layer.
If a venue ever quotes you something through me that’s higher than what they’d quote you direct, I’ll refund the difference and remove them from the directory. That’s the deal.
Boundaries
Send the inquiry
Tell me the date, party size, and the kind of night you want. I read every message and reply personally.
