Café del Mar, the original sunset bar by its own description, has been there since 1980. Café Mambo is on the same seafront street, Carrer de Vara de Rey.

Pukka Up
Citorah says If this is your first Ibiza boat party, take Pukka Up. It has been running since 2003 and calls itself “the original Ibiza boat party”. The format is simple: a two-hour pre-party at Rio Ibiza, on Sant Antoni’s Passeig de la Mar, then a three-hour sunset boat. Every 2026 ticket included a welcome drink and two sangrias.
The catch You had to swap your ticket for a wristband at Rio Ibiza by 17:00 (16:00 in September and October), and latecomers lost boat and club entry with no refund.

Es Ventall
Citorah says Antonia Cardona and Miguel Bonet opened it in 1982, and the second generation runs it now. Its mission, it says, is to move Ibiza’s cooking forward without losing its essence: traditional dishes such as bullit de peix and sofrit pagès, next to newer ones. It cooks over wood, with fruit and vegetables from its own farm at Es Broll de Buscastell.
