Ibiza Opening Parties 2026: Every Date, Every Club

The 2026 Ibiza opening parties, club by club: the dates, who opened each night, what the tickets cost, and what to know before the 2027 dates are announced.

Checked First-hand

The short version

  • Ibiza's 2026 season opened between 24 April and 9 May, with each superclub launching on its own date.
  • Pacha, Hï, Ushuaïa and DC-10 all opened over one long weekend, 24–27 April; Amnesia followed on 9 May, for its 50th season.
  • The openings sell out and cost more than regular nights. Circoloco's opening was sold out on DC-10's calendar by 12 March, and Pacha's Grand Opening reached €175 by April.
  • 2027: no club has announced its opening dates yet. Watch each club's own site.

If you've clicked on this page you already know what you want: when each club opens, who's playing, and which nights are worth the flight. The opening parties set the tone for the whole season.

This is what I'd send a friend who asked.

When does the Ibiza season start?

In 2026: 24 April to 9 May. Those openings have happened, so the dates below are a record of this year; each club announces next season's on its own site, and none has announced 2027 yet.

Each superclub picks its own date, and in 2026 four of them picked the same long weekend. Pacha's Grand Opening Weekend ran 24–26 April, Hï opened on Saturday 25 April, Ushuaïa on Sunday 26 April and DC-10's Circoloco on Monday 27 April. Amnesia waited until Saturday 9 May to open its 50th season. IMS, the industry conference, ran 22–24 April, the same week; it says it will return next year, with no dates yet.

Two things that matter and usually get buried in the press releases. First, the opening party isn't the same as the regular weekly residency. Openings cost more, and the line-up is a showcase: Hï's opening put "the unmissable artists who will be setting the musical agenda for the season" across three rooms. If you want to see a specific DJ play a proper set, a regular night is often better than the opening.

Second, the residencies start after the openings. At Hï in 2026, CamelPhat's Fridays began on 1 May and Black Coffee's Saturdays on 2 May, the week after the opening party.

DC-10 opening: the one to go to

DC-10's Circoloco opening is the most talked-about day of the season. It's a Monday, and that matters: the island's schedule bends around the fact that one of the biggest parties is on a weekday.

In 2026 the opening was Monday 27 April, starting at 4 PM; regular Mondays opened at 6 PM. DC-10 has an open-air Garden as well as the Terrace and the Main Room. 2026's Circoloco line-ups included Seth Troxler, The Martinez Brothers, Luciano, Dixon and Tania Vulcano.

Getting in

You need a ticket, and DC-10 sells through DICE: the 2026 opening was €107.46. It sells out early: the opening showed as sold out on DC-10's own calendar by 12 March. Watch DC-10's site and DICE for the release.

What makes the Circoloco opening worth it: the crowd is there for the music. What makes it potentially not worth it: it's long and physically demanding, and it's not the night for fashion-first outfits.

If you've never been to DC-10, the opening is the full-on version; later Mondays across the season are more manageable.

Hï Ibiza opening: the production spectacle

Hï Ibiza opened on Saturday 25 April in 2026, and it's the most production-heavy launch of the season.

The weekly nights that followed:

  • Friday: CamelPhat or Dom Dolla. CamelPhat from 1 May, and Dom Dolla every Friday from 5 June to 28 August.
  • Saturday: Black Coffee, every Saturday from 2 May. His relationship with Hï began in 2017, the club's first year.

Tickets: Hï sells numbered releases that rise in price. By 10 April the 2026 opening was on its eighth and ninth releases, at €100 and €110, more than most regular nights. Hï also sells on the door, but advance tickets are cheaper.

Ushuaïa opening: outdoor daylight clubbing

Ushuaïa is Ibiza's open-air superclub: you're dancing in the sun, which changes the whole shape of the night. In 2026 its opening party was on a Sunday, 26 April, for the first time ever. ANTS, the tech-house party that has run since 2013, followed on Saturday 2 May.

Key things to know:

  • Ushuaïa finishes at 11 PM: most events run 5 PM to 11 PM, and ANTS starts at 3 PM. If you want to carry on, that's a second venue and a second ticket. In May 2026, ANTS's night half was at [UNVRS]; from June, [UNVRS]'s Saturday was elrow.
  • The pool is the centre of it: the stage is poolside. Bring sunglasses you don't mind losing and a change of clothes.

Amnesia opening: old Ibiza energy

Amnesia has been open since 1976, and 2026 was its 50th season. It has two rooms, the Main Room and the Terrace, on one ticket, and which room plays what depends on the party. The 2026 opening was Saturday 9 May, after a pre-opening toast at Cova Santa, and the Opening Party sold out a week in advance.

Then: Glitterbox on Fridays from 15 May, Pyramid on Sundays, and Metamorfosi on Tuesdays from 30 June.

In 2026 Amnesia opened a fortnight after the others, on a weekend of its own, so it didn't compete with Pacha's opening. If you can only make one weekend, you'll have to choose between Amnesia's opening and the other four.

Pacha opening: the one that feels like Ibiza

Pacha is the most recognisable venue, down to the double-cherry logo.

The 2026 Grand Opening Weekend ran 24–26 April: Marco Carola on the Friday, Solomun on the Saturday and ANOTR on the Sunday. By 10 April the Friday was on its 15th release, at €175. Then the weekly nights:

  • Music On: Marco Carola's Friday tech-house residency, from 15 May.
  • Solomun+1: the Sunday party, from 31 May. Each Sunday Solomun shares the decks with just one guest.
  • Flower Power: Saturdays from 13 June to 29 August, led by resident Roger Sanchez with a different guest each week, playing house.

Pacha sells in numbered releases, priced by entry time on some nights, and its tickets include a free one-way shuttle from San Antonio.

Smaller clubs and beach clubs

The superclubs get the attention, but there's more on the island in the spring:

  • Akasha, Las Dalias' club on the road to Sant Carles, calls itself "a boutique club concept". It hosted IMS events in opening week, 22–25 April 2026. Its 2026 closing, Tales of the Unexpected, is on 9 October, with events listed to at least 18 October.
  • Nassau Beach Club (Playa d'en Bossa) opened its 2026 season a month before the superclubs, on Saturday 28 March, with a free party from 1 PM. Its season closes on 24 October.
  • Beachouse (Playa d'en Bossa) is a beach club and restaurant, open daily from 10 AM, with Moonlit Dinners on Fridays and Saturdays and full-moon nights. Its closing is on Saturday 17 October.

How to plan an opening-week trip

  1. Pick a base by club. Playa d'en Bossa puts you next to Hï and Ushuaïa. Ibiza Town is walking distance from Pacha. Pacha's free shuttle runs one way from San Antonio.
  2. Don't over-plan the daytime. Opening weekend is physically intense. If you've got tickets for Friday, Saturday and Sunday at different clubs, plan a slow Sunday daytime, not a boat party.
  3. Use taxis or transfers, not a hire car, so nobody has to drive home.
  4. Budget for opening prices. In 2026 the openings cost more than regular nights: Hï's was €100–110, Circoloco's €107.46, and Pacha's Grand Opening Friday €175 by its 15th release.
  5. Buy from the clubs, early. Use each club's own site or its official seller (DC-10 sells through DICE). The openings sell out: Circoloco's had by 12 March, and Amnesia's sold out a week ahead.

The ones to skip

  • Unofficial "opening week" events that borrow the word "opening" but aren't a club's own opening party. Check the club's own site for its date.
  • All-in "club + boat + table" packages. Price each part separately against the venue's own site before you buy a bundle.

Questions

When does the Ibiza season start?

In 2026 it opened over the weekend of 24–27 April: Pacha's Grand Opening Weekend (24–26 April), Hï on Saturday 25 April, Ushuaïa on Sunday 26 April and DC-10's Circoloco on Monday 27 April. Amnesia opened its 50th season on Saturday 9 May. No club has announced its 2027 dates yet; each announces on its own site.

How far in advance should I book tickets for Ibiza opening parties?

As soon as they're released. Circoloco's 2026 opening showed as sold out on DC-10's calendar by 12 March, six weeks ahead, and Amnesia's Opening Party sold out a week before. Prices rise as releases sell: Hï's opening was on its eighth and ninth releases (€100 and €110) by 10 April, and Pacha's Grand Opening Friday on its 15th (€175).

Can I do multiple opening parties in one trip?

Yes. In 2026 four of the five big openings fell in one long weekend: a Friday-to-Monday trip from 24 April could take in Pacha, Hï, Ushuaïa and Circoloco at DC-10. Amnesia opened on its own, two weeks later.

Is it cheaper to buy tickets on the door at Ibiza opening parties?

No. Hï sells on the door, but its advance tickets are cheaper, and the big openings sell out in advance: Circoloco's and Amnesia's both did in 2026.

What's the difference between opening parties and the regular residencies?

Openings are a showcase of the season's artists, often across several rooms, and they cost more: Hï's 2026 opening was €100–110, against €30–100 for its regular nights. The residencies start the week after. If you want a specific DJ's own night, go to a regular week.

One last thing

The classic opening-week mistake is trying to go to everything and flying home exhausted and broke. The version I'd recommend to a first-timer: pick three ticketed parties across four nights. Leave one evening completely unplanned. Have a proper dinner one night. You'll enjoy it more than the people trying to do all five superclubs.

Corrections

  • : Re-checked and rewritten as a record of the 2026 openings. Hï had no cheaper “soft opening”: its opening party cost €100–110, more than its regular nights. Circoloco’s opening started at 4 PM, not with the terrace opening in the late morning. Tickets don’t follow an early-bird, second-release, marketplace pattern: Hï’s opening reached its ninth release and Pacha’s its 15th, and Hï also sells on the door. Flower Power is Roger Sanchez’s house night, not a retro party. ANTS carried on at [UNVRS] only in May. Nassau Beach Club opened on 28 March, a month before opening week, and Beachouse has no Sunday DJ series. Removed Jamie Jones from Circoloco’s regulars, the guest-list and 12-hour claims, an unsupported line about O Beach’s line-ups, and the price rises, mark-ups and budgets, which no source states. No club has announced its 2027 dates yet.
  • : The opening dates were wrong. In 2026 Pacha (24–26 April), Hï (25 April), Ushuaïa (26 April) and DC-10’s Circoloco (27 April) opened over one long weekend, and Amnesia on 9 May, not one club a weekend from late April to mid-May. Hï’s Fridays are CamelPhat or Dom Dolla, not Glitterbox. ANTS is a tech-house party running since 2013, and Ushuaïa finishes at 23:00, not midnight. Cocoon didn’t return to Amnesia, F*** Me I’m Famous is at Ushuaïa, not Pacha, and Flower Power is on Saturdays, not Tuesdays. Pacha is older than Amnesia. Removed the Underground, which closed in 2024. Ocean Beach Club has been O Beach Ibiza since 2018. Removed unsourced percentages.
  • : Removed a claim of going to Ibiza’s opening weekend every year since 2018, which the editor’s travel record doesn’t support. Removed a quote credited to “an Ibiza resident DJ”, an unnamed source that couldn’t be checked, and a closing line about live tickets direct from the venues, which Citorah doesn’t sell.
