Citorah says
La Paloma has been there since 2004, in an old finca among citrus orchards. It’s two restaurants in one. At lunch, the café serves chef Nir Cohen’s cooking, which mixes the Middle Eastern flavours of his homeland with local Mediterranean ingredients. In the evening, under chef Prasuna Coppini, the cooking turns Italian.
