Citorah says
Javier Bonet opened it in 2013 on Calle Ponzano, with diners seated along the bar. In 2024 it moved to Alonso Cano, also in Chamberí, esmadrid says, and kept the look of a traditional butcher’s room. The new place seats up to 60, at the bar or at tables, and esmadrid calls the dishes “surprising and original”.
