Line, in Kato Petralona (Agathodemonos 37), is No. 5 on The World’s 50 Best Bars 2026 and won that year’s Ketel One Sustainable Bar Award. It comes from Vasilis Kyritsis and Nikos Bakoulis, co-founders of The Clumsies, in a former art gallery. They ferment, redistil and bottle in house.
