PK says it was Santorini’s first cocktail bar: it began in 1976, cut into Fira’s cliffside, and it’s named after Palia Kameni, the volcanic island in the bay below.

It’s open all year, from noon to midnight when we checked; in winter only its middle level opens.
Booking
summer bookings open a year ahead, against a deposit. PK says the deposit isn’t a minimum spend, and you get back what you don’t use. Same-day bookings are by WhatsApp, not online.
