Citorah says

The Museo Carmen Thyssen Málaga, at Plaza Carmen Thyssen (Calle Compañía 10), is the place for 19th-century Spanish painting, with a particular focus on Andalusian painting. Sorolla’s Rocks at Jávea and the White Boat (1905) is among the works it features.
